Field Visits to Sebkhet Soliman and Sebkhet Korba, Tunisia | Bird Monitoring and Documentation

We are pleased to share a collection of photographs documenting some of the bird species observed during our field visits to Sebkhet Soliman and Sebkhet Korba in Tunisia. The visits took place as part of the regional workshop on experience-sharing to combat the Illegal Killing of Birds (IKB), held in Tunisia from 16 to 18 October 2026.

The visits provided an opportunity to observe and document waterbirds, as well as identify evidence of illegal bird-killing activities. These field activities helped strengthen the exchange of knowledge and experience among participating organisations and supported ongoing efforts to conserve birds and their natural habitats.
